Welcome to the improved SuperJoshua. As you might have noticed, all (most) of the .html is now .php. And for good reason. PHP--Pretty Hyped-up Platypus that it is--has tremendously eased the burden of changing every one of my pages when I have a whim of designable creativity. And I did. See the happy image map to the left? I figured, since I am learning Actionscript, I can learn PHP. Funny thing, I have really only used one function so far (ten times). Yet that tiny bit of effort has tremendously put me at an advantage. Can you tell how ecstatic I am? FWWWEEEE! Sorry, had to fwee there a little. ;)~ More stuff is in the works, as always, and I will, no doubt, post it when I am ready to do so. Until then... Praise Jesus!

As I have previously stated on the Events page, I have started working on a game. A video game. A Flash video game. For some silly reason, however, I am not too interested in giving out the details of what I am doing when it comes to games (and many other things that I do). I only tell a select few. Right now, that is no one. Yeap. Half of it is because I rarely finish them (I have not finished any to this very date, in fact ;) ). I am pretty sure about this one, though. If I get anywhere close to halfway done, I will update the events page and make a page for it in my games section with screen shots and everything. Oh yeah. Praise Jesus forever!

Okay, I have finally put up the revised site. It is, however, not completely finished. I have dropped the interest for a while to pursue other/another interest/s. Enjoy (or not) what I have done. After learning a mild amount of flash, I have completed a portion of the site's new look. A portion amounts to about half right now, but it will probably change when I actually start working on the other half. Okay, I have probably finished about a quarter now, in place of a half...Maybe less. ;) I am not, however, going to post ANY of it until I have completed (to my utmost satisfaction...for the time being) ALL of it. So you (all 1.5 of you) will have to wait. Praise Jesus!

I am working on the flash version of this site. No kidding. It will definitely have some differences. Of course, there will only be a "flash version" of this site and not a "non-flash" version. Any real browser will be able to install the flash plugin that you can download at http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/. There will not be any audio (at the moment) so that even ancient dialup users (like me ;) ) will have no problem loading it in a decent manner.

I realized something: there will actually be several visual differences when I finish div'vin it (or give it up, hehe). Several of the buttons I made had a single pixel of the wrong color around the top left side of the circle part. Many of them are like that. If you have an eye for the pixel you have already noticed it. That and the "hard" corners on some of the graphics have been removed in the new ones. Yeas, little stuff, but it means things to me. It's like a zit. I mean, COME ON, it needs attention. :p
I have also figured out what to do with the (!) button (that would be the top right button for those of you that do not understand mild ASCII art ;) ). That's where the "things happening" will be posted. Although, I will not make that page until my trials with div's are over. That is all...for tonight. :D

A strange series of events have befell me recently...and they leave me wondering. The one most disturbing is that a very dear friend of mine has stopped communicating with me almost entirely. I do not know why. I think and think some more; I ask and ask some more. I still have no answer. A new friend, that I have recently met, suggested me to drop it. I've done that before--most unsuccessful. Whoever said that "time heals (anything at all)" is a liar--flat out. I will not do nothing. What I will ultimately and presently do is pray for him. God heals (has healed) all (1 Peter 2:24). Praise Jesus!
In slightly less depressing personal matters, this site is in a mode of transition. Many fruitcakes say that structuring a website by use of tables (save for plain information) is bad. I disagree. I think tables are very sturctured and the clever dudes that thought of it in the first place should not have changed their minds. However, I am going to (or fail to) convert my table's into "their" preferred div's. If anything, it should make me smarter (oh joy ;) ). Of course, the end all be all (for now, at least) will be flash-itizing it. That's comes later. When all things go right, you should not even notice (there should not be) a visual difference (until flash, of course) at all. It's all in the code, man.

Yeah, so I opened up my page in IE6.0 and...I don't see my icon. It must have something to do with Microsoft's insistence on the Windows Icon format (*.ico). I thinks that's rather evil of them. Right now, I don't feel like changing the picture (*.gif). Maybe later...maybe. Hey, the div doesn't align right in Firefox and my icon doesn't show up in IE (at least, it didn't for me). Sorry browser wars. :) Tomorrow is feel'n like a good day...! Praise Jesus! :)

I also made a page for The Birds button. There's a snazzy poem there that I just made up, too. I like it, anyway. :) Praise Jesus! I don't know, yet, what I'm going to do with the other two buttons. I added MORE buttons...resulting from frustration with positioning and browser issues. More buttons is good, right? I like buttons, anyway.
