Praise Jesus!

I've been learning OpenGL. Yes, the Open Graphics Library. Maybe that's what it stands for. I don't really like abbreviations. Anyway, using it with SDL makes the process a whole lotta nicer. Me, I prefer things simple. While I am at it, I will mention my good friend,
Lazy Foo'. If you're into that kind of thing, I recommend the tutorials he has a-scribed. Well, I recommend them, anyway. Arrr.

I updated the
Video page with two new pictures. Manipulations of the originals. Yeap. Praise Jesus!

Well, I decided to upload something else that I have had finished for...well...over three years, now:
NeoChess. Praise Jesus!

I decided to go back to the original design I made for this site. The last one was a little too ambitious. That, and it looked really empty for too long. So, here it is, again. I also cleaned up the code a bit, so that's nice. Nicer than it was, anyway. Yes. Praise Jesus! The page loads faster, too. Not that it loaded slowly, but it's almost immediate with my dial-it-up connection. That's what persons should aim for, I think. Pages should load fast. Media is different...but seriously, a page does not need fifteen streaming videos and some background music that immediately starts to play. That's plain wrong. :)

Well, I have, of sorts, accomplished something. I translated a little game called
Ikachan.

Wow...I sure take long enough to update this thing. About as often as I update my real life, I suppose. Hehe. Praise Jesus! Well, I did manage to change the look of it a little...similar to how I used to have it--at the beginning of version number three. Which is good, because I did not particularly like the way it looked before I changed it, this time. Yeap.

Sometimes I just feel like riverdancing.
Right now is one of those times. ;)
I have never actually riverdanced before, though. And I do not have anyone to riverdance with me. I suppose I could line up a lot of mirrors; at least then we would all be stepping in time--whether it is in or out of rhythm is a small matter. And I always get a kick out of looking at myself, anyway.
I can see it now. Me. Riverdancing. It must be the Irish in me. One of my great, great grandmas, or something. Right. I am sure somewhere up my family grapevine there was a Japanese person, too, and I don't care, at all, for sushi. And that is why I put no faith in heritage. I have one Father. Oh yeah. ;)
And I feel like riverdancing.
Boom be boombity boombity boombity boom. Boom boom boom. Yeah.
I do not drink, either. I am pretty sure there has been no culture in history that has not been given to drink. Drink as in alcohol and the like. I like milk. And hot tea. And milk in my hot tea. I like coffee-type stuff, on occassion. And water...because it is in my hot tea. I do not like the Chai blend, though. Chai hot tea is nasty. I have had some nasty Earl Grey before, too. I've had this green tea made by some company called "Hokan" before that tasted like dirt. I went over to my friend Brian's one day and he was like, "Hey, man, want some tea? I got the good stuff." I saw the package: Hokan. I was like, "No...no thats the crap, Brian." He's like, "What do you mean?" And then I told him my story.
I still feel like riverdancing. I suppose, technically, it would be "Irish step dancing."

ALRIGHT! After not having an Internet connection on my computer for several months, I am now very happy to say that that stay is FINISHED...for now. ;) Praise Jesus! To celebrate...somewhat...I will add a new section to my site. I also added a little more structure to it, and I want to change it up a bit more, but that is not necessarily visible, or nigh important, to the average viewer. My amateur poetry probably is not, either...but here some of it is:
Joshua's Poetry. Praise Jesus!

Hello. ...Well, I probably will not be dishing out anything the 30th of this April, after all. I slacked up and lost almost all interest in it. Not ALL interest, mind you, just most of it. It is/was for "Pico Day" at http://www.newgrounds.com/ . Simultaneously, it is also the anniversary of Mr. Tom Fulpinos birthday. He must be almost eighty or something, by now. That was a joke, Fred. Tom! I meant Tom--really. ;) Praise Jesus!

My mom made this excellent cheesecake, today. It's called a tiramisu. Oh man, was it good. I could have eaten the whole thing myself. In fact, I probably did eat about half of it--and there were eight people dining with us. ;) It's sweet and bitter at the same time. Mostly, it is yummy, however. ;)~ Praise Jesus!

I finished this a couple of days ago. I have always enjoyed drawing on person's faces. Today's victim is none other than my friend of several years,
Brian Pinder.

Well, I have completed something recently. No, it is not my game...any game, for that matter. I beat a few, but that is NOT the same thing. It is, however, a joke that I made for my new friend,
Ville Mönkkönen. He said he liked it. Actually, he said that it was "hilarious :D." I was assuming that he enjoys the hilarious. I am not too sure what he meant about the colon and capital letter "D" though. I am kidding. ;) Praise Jesus!

Working on a new project--again. ;) Due to be out April 30th. If any of you have a clue of what day April 30th is, then you are possibly in the know of what I am doing. I, however, will not confirm your suppositions. Har, har, har. Praise Jesus!

Well, I am feeling pretty assiduitous recently. I might have made that word up. Praise Jesus! Anyway, I am always working on plenty of things, but I might just be working something out here pretty recently-like. I like that. ;) Praise Jesus!
